Map & Directions
From Alvarado Hospital
Take I-8 West to 805 North. Exit Balboa Avenue (west). Turn Left (south) on Clairemont Drive. Turn Right at the first light, Ute Street and then make an immediate Left into the first parking lot. Parking is usually available immediately at our back entrance.
From North County
Take Interstate 5 South to the Balboa Avenue exit. Turn Left onto Balboa Avenue at the third stop light. Proceed up Balboa Avenue and turn Right onto Clairemont Drive. At first light, Ute Drive, turn Right and then make an immediate Left into the first parking lot.
From South San Diego
Take Interstate 5 North to the Balboa Avenue exit. Turn Right onto Balboa Avenue at the third stop light. Proceed up Balboa Avenue and turn Right onto Clairemont Drive. At first light, Ute Drive, turn Right and then make an immediate Left into the first parking lot.
Mass Transit
Balance Plus Physical Therapy is located at the corner of Clairemont
Drive and Ute Drive. Bus route 50 travels between the UTC transit
center and downtown San Diego on Clairemont Drive. Bus route 105
links the UTC transit center and the Old Town transit center and
trolley station also traveling on Clairemont Drive.
On Balboa Avenue, bus route 27 travels connects Kearny Mesa and Pacifc
